A total of 30 trainees enrolled for skill development with computer, IT, Logistics training, along with and soft skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The training course was divided into three modules daily, including theory, practice, and communication skills. Various ad-hoc modules were also part of the training course, including confidence building, public speaking, Resume making, and industry visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a testament to the effort hard work the trainees put in, 22 of the 30 trainees were placed in employment immediately after the course completion.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Skills and knowledge are the driving forces of economic growth and social development for any country.
