Hailing from Haryana, the 23 year old had always dreamed of winning gold at the Olympic Games. He beat N Sanayev of Kazakhstan in the semi-finals to tear into the finals, where he competed with gumption against two time world champion Zavur Uguev of Russia in the finals to win the Silver medal for India. This itself is a tall order especially since this is his Olympics debut. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ravi who hails from Nahri village in Sonepat, Haryana, started wrestling when he was 7 years old. At age ten he moved to Chhatrasal stadium in New Delhi for his training. A talented and dedicated sportsperson, our partner, Olympic Gold Quest, has been supporting Ravi since the last 6 years with a personal foreign coach, personal physiotherapist, nutritionist, strength &amp; conditioning trainer, full-fledged gym equipment at Chhatrasal stadium, medical tests and assessments, nutritional supplements and foreign training exposure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are humbled and elated that through our support to Olympic Gold Quest, we could contribute in some way to helping India\u2019s stars bring home laurels. Ravi is now the 5<sup>th<\/sup> Indian wrestler to win an Olympic medal for India in the history of the Olympic Games.
