It makes Diwali very special for children with Cancer illnesses. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avashya Foundation has been working in the area of health, with Government and Municipal corporation hospitals such as NAIR, SION and KEM, in Mumbai, and saving lives of the people.<strong> Avashya Foundation <\/strong>focused on <strong>Health <\/strong>with objectives of providing pyscho-social care, medicine related support and support for education to cancer patients. Keeping in mind the same, we have organised Diwali party with cancer patients at the KEM hospital. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As every year\nAvashya Foundation contributes in spreading <strong>joy in life<\/strong> of cancer\npatients. This year also Avashya Foundation celebrated the Joy of Giving on\nThursday with cancer warriors admitted in KEM Hospital, Mumbai. The patiends\nwho have overcome cancer shared their journey in order to reinforce positivity\namong patients and care givers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event was\norganised in partnership with Haematology Department, KEM Hospital, Cankids and\nAvashya Foundation. The programme was inaugurated by Dr.&nbsp; Chandrakala Rao HoD of&nbsp; Haematology&nbsp;\nDepartment and Dr. Nilratan Shende, General Manager CSR Allcargo\nLogistics Ltd&nbsp; in presence of cancer\nwarrior, care givers, representatives of Cankids, Cudlers Foundation and Shreya\nHealth care.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Three cancer\npatients who are undergoing treatment have been provided with scholarship to pursue\ntheir dream of completing education. Scholarship provided by Avashya Foundation\ngave hope to all children to fulfil their educational dream.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On this\noccasion, Avashya Foundation also arranged for Drawing and Diya decoration\ncompetition among the children.
