{"id":1754,"date":"2020-09-28T07:08:39","date_gmt":"2020-09-28T07:08:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.allcargogroup.in\/compass\/avashya-outreach\/?p=1754"},"modified":"2020-09-28T07:59:35","modified_gmt":"2020-09-28T07:59:35","slug":"allcargo-pradhan-mantri-kaushal-kendra-center-in-uran-conducts-virtual-training-program-during-lockdown-for-students","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.allcargogroup.in\/compass\/avashya-outreach\/2020\/09\/allcargo-pradhan-mantri-kaushal-kendra-center-in-uran-conducts-virtual-training-program-during-lockdown-for-students\/","title":{"rendered":"Allcargo Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendra center in Uran, conducts virtual training program during lockdown for students"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>Allcargo\u2019s PMMK center in Uran is conducting online skill training for its students to continue their learning and timely complete the course.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Even in an\nunprecedented situation like this, where students cannot visit our PMKK\nlearning center, we have reached to our students through online training\nprogram which is conducted daily, following the same schedule as per the centre\nthrough the online training platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Online training is taken for Consignment\nBooking Assistant and Consignment tracking executive course under the National\nBackward Classes Finance Development Corporation (NBCFDC) scheme launched for\nBackward class students. The training is conducted by the industry experienced\ntrainers from our center. The course comprises sessions on Warehouse\nprocesses,&nbsp;Packaging, Supply Chain,&nbsp;documentation, inventory\nmanagement, picking and packing of material. Also the sessions on soft skill\ntraining given on personal grooming, work ethics, self-development, resume\nwriting skills. Soft skills development remained core among all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A special attention was given on improving\nthe personal effectiveness and interviewing skills. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First course of NBCFDC kicked off in August\nwith 30 students followed by the next batch of 30 students started in\nSeptember. Total 60 students are undertaking the online training sessions.&nbsp; The sessions are made interested through\nvarious visual videos clips, interactive activities.
